If ever I become one of those fancy photographers to the stars I'm totally hiring Joy as my assistant. Joy was such a trooper this morning, agreeing to help me out with props and small children as we walked the streets of downtown Dallas. And I couldn't resist taking a few pictures of Joy with her beautiful red hair so she can send them to her hubby overseas.

Joy, thanks so much for always being there for me. You're the best!

My little friend Gabe turned two years old last week, and to commemorate this milestone his mom and dad wanted to capture a few moments in time. Gabe is no longer a little baby but a full blown little boy now.

Gabe, you always make me laugh with your antics. I especially enjoyed your "screwdriver" dance and you laughing hysterically to your mom singing the grumpy old troll song.

Crystal and Carl, I hope I was able to capture your little Gabey just as you always want to remember this moment in time.

LeeAnn and I met several years ago as we were both travelling down the long journey to parenthood. We instantly connected over our struggles and desires to become a "Mommy". Now 5 years later, I couldn't be happier to see LeeAnn and Keith with their three beautiful and well behaved children.

Keith and LeeAnn, it was pleasure to get to spend time with good friends this morning.

Spencer and Lilly, I definitely think you earned that trip down the toy aisle at Target, and Happy 1st Birthday sweet little Georgia!!

Neeko and Hank were strictly business when they came out for their photo session with me this afternoon. Strictly business, until Neeko spotted his toy and decided he would rather play with the toy than have his picture taken. But even at his most playful, Neeko always listened to his partner's commands and I was able to capture some really nice moments between a man and his dog.
